CozyOnTop is a curated collection of upper-floor boutique stays in Bangkok. We look for underused floors above the street and turn them into warm, livable spaces with light, privacy, and a sense of calm built in.

Each stay is a small design-led renovation: vintage character kept where it matters, refreshed where comfort counts. The aim is always cozy and humanb1not corporateb1so you feel more like you're borrowing a friend's city place than checking into a big hotel.

CozyOnTop is especially suited to digital nomads, couples, and small groups who value privacy, good light, and a neighborhood base. We're starting with Hidden Vintage Phaya Thai and slowly adding more upper-floor stays that follow the same idea.
